Jack Resnick & Sons Secures Full-Floor Relocation Deal With Quest Partners At 110 East 59th Street

Jack Resnick & Sons today announced a new 11-year, 13,284-square-foot lease with leading investment firm Quest Partners at 110 East 59th Street, its prestigious 37-story office tower located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan’s Plaza District.

Quest Partners, an alternative asset management firm, will relocate from its current offices at 126 East 56th Street to the entire 36th floor of Resnick’s 110 East 59th Street tower in the spring of 2025.
