Colliers leasing team offering large, contiguous blocks of space
Florida East Coast Realty (FECR) is offering commercial/office space for lease at Panorama Tower, ranging from approximately 19,000 square feet on the 16th floor to 52,000 square feet on the 17th floor. Two new tenants, WorQ Coworking and Action Black Fitness, have committed to over 33,000 square feet in the building.
Panorama has a contiguous block of +/- 72,000 square feet still available, which includes the unique opportunity to control a full-floor in the heart of Brickell.
