The Harford County Association of REALTORS Hosts the State of the Municipalities Event

The Harford County Association of REALTORS® (HarCAR) recently hosted its fifth annual State of the Municipalities event at Independent Brewing Company in Bel Air. 

The program featured HarCAR Legislative Committee Member Joe Norman, Chair of HarCAR’s State of the Municipalities Task Force Amy Jahnigen, Mayor of Havre De Grace Bill Martin, Mayor of Bel Air Paula Etting, and Mayor of Aberdeen Patrick McGrady. During the program, municipality leaders answered questions about topics important to community members. Joe Norman and Amy Jahnigen both served as moderators.

This year’s discussion topics included:  

  • Maryland’s housing shortage
  • Short term rentals
  • Schools
  • Quality of Life improvements
  • And more

The program will air on HarfordTV in July on Sundays at 7:30 pm. HarfordTV is located on Armstrong Channel 7 & HD 101, Comcast Channel 21 & HD 1084, and Verizon Channel 31.
