Pessin Katz Law, P.A. (“PK Law”) is pleased to welcome Amy L. Griboff to the Firm. Ms. Griboff is a Member in the Firm’s Wealth Preservation Group and has over 20 years of experience in estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, and estate administration. After experiencing an extensive and difficult probate and guardianship process for her own family, Ms. Griboff felt a calling to help other families going through similar hardships.
Ms. Griboff received her law degree, cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Elder Law from Stetson University. Ms. Griboff also has her Veterans Affairs Accreditation to assist veterans and their families with the Aid and Attendance Application from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Prior to joining PK Law, Ms. Griboff ran her own estate planning and elder law firm. During her years of solo practice, she developed a strong and loyal client base and has been an active member of the legal and business communities. She frequently presented educational seminars, networked with local organizations, and supported local charities. Ms. Griboff plans to continue these efforts at PK Law.
