AA Gymnastics Academy has been a cornerstone of the community for 33 years. Under the guidance of Coach Kathy Alva, the academy has cultivated multiple state and regional champions. In a recent competition, 22 out of 29 gymnasts from the academy took the podium for gold, silver and bronze medals. The Friendswood community, families, school districts and local businesses have consistently shown strong support of AA Gymnastics Academy. This new location will provide more space for more children to participate.
The property is within Houston’s Southeast Outlier retail submarket, which contains 14.7 million square feet of retail inventory and is currently 96.2% occupied. The sector recorded 72,219 square feet of net absorption and 126,022 square feet of leasing activity during the first half of 2024. Last quarter, two small buildings totaling 21,600 square feet were completed and four buildings totaling 53,546 square feet are currently under construction. The submarket’s average quoted rental rate is $21.77 per square foot.
