F.O.H. Events Relocates, Triples Size Of HQ, Production Hub in Fort Worth

Locally based F.O.H. Events LLC has leased a ready-to-occupy industrial building, totaling 23,465 sf, in south Fort Worth, resulting in an immediate relocation that more than triples the size of its production hub.

The company has just relocated to 8803 Forum Way, ending a nine-month search for expansion space in its 20-year headquarters city. The move has coincided with its lease expiration in a much smaller building across town.

“My client was initially looking to buy, but that didn’t pan out. Finding a single-tenant building to lease in the right size range in Fort Worth was fortunate,” says Shane Benner, first vice president in the Fort Worth office of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services.

F.O.H. Events’ new headquarters site features 1,000 sf of newly finished office space, roughly 22,465 sf of warehouse space and covered outdoor storage. Benson Williams of Lancarte Commercial represented the landlord, Dundee Investments LLC.

“F.O.H. Events originated in Fort Worth and wanted to remain in the city,” Benner says. “Its employees are here and its owner is active in the community.”

Benner’s client is a live event production company specializing in comprehensive management solutions, encompassing venue sourcing, AV design and implementation, staging and more. The company offers customizable services suitable for events of any scale from intimate galas to stadium-sized gatherings.

The landlord completely renovated the structure last year to facilitate a quick lease-up. The renovation included new storefronts, LED lighting, underground electrical and HVAC system. Interstates 35W and 20 and Loop 8 are all close by, offering strategic connections to F.O.H. Events for bookings regionwide.

“F.O.H. Events really liked the location and renovations,” Benner says. “Not only was it a good fit in all respects, but it was a fair deal for both sides.”
