Jasmine Patel Joins Weinstein + Klein As Partner In Labor And Employment Group

Weinstein + Klein, a leading law firm focused on labor and employment law, corporate/transactional matters, and litigation, is pleased to announce that Jasmine Patel has joined the firm as a Partner in the Labor and Employment group. Jasmine brings extensive experience and expertise in counseling employers on labor and employment law issues, making her a valuable addition to the team.

A seasoned professional in the field, Jasmine has a proven track record of providing practical, proactive, and up-to-date advice to clients to prevent employee claims, ensure compliance, and mitigate risk. Her background includes assisting employers with union-related matters, such as grievances, arbitrations, and collective bargaining negotiations. Additionally, Jasmine defends clients against labor and employment law claims in both federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies.

Before joining Weinstein + Klein, Jasmine was recognized as a “Rising Star” by New York Super Lawyers, an honor awarded to less than 2.5% of lawyers under the age of 40. She is also a certified faculty member for the National Academy of Continuing Legal Education (NACLE), providing continuing legal education seminars on employment law.

Jasmine holds a law degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a bachelor’s degree from Douglas College of Rutgers University.
