Lineaje, a Saratoga, Calif.-based leader in continuous software supply chain security management, raised $20m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Prosperity7 Ventures, Neotribe, and Hitachi Ventures, alongside existing investor Tenable Ventures. This round also included participation from Carahsoft, Wipro Ventures, Secure Octane Investments, J-Ventures and Alumni Ventures. With additional contributions from executives at Zscaler, CrowdStrike, and Trellix, this investment brought Lineaje’s total funding to $27m.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate customer acquisition and consolidate its AI-powered platform, expanding its innovative BOMbots insights and introducing new advancements to autonomously resolve software supply chain issues.

The company’s portfolio secures companies from these attacks and enables compliance through four integrated products: SBOM360, SBOM360Hub, Open Source Manager (OSM), and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).
