StoneTree Investment Partners, a Dallas, TX-based lower middle market private equity firm specializing in buy-outs of industrial and manufacturing businesses in the United States and Canada, closed its debut fund, with total capital commitments of $155m.
StoneTree Investment Partners Fund I, LP received commitments from a diverse group of leading institutional investors, including investment funds, family offices, foundations, pension funds, endowments, and OCIOs.
StoneTree Investment Partners Fund I will focus on acquiring controlling equity interests in lower middle market industrial businesses, with a particular emphasis on manufacturing companies. The fund aims to leverage StoneTree’s operational capabilities and industry expertise to drive profit growth in its partner companies while creating attractive career opportunities for the employees of those companies.
