Davis has broken ground on a 14,000-square-foot medical office building development for Midwest Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists at 11020 161st Street West in Lakeville, MN.
The new facility, on a 1.6-acre land site, has been designed as a single tenant building. It will complement Midwest ENT’s other locations in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, which include specialty centers in Eagan, Woodbury, Vadnais Heights and Hudson.
The new facility is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.
“The start of construction marks the beginning of a new chapter in providing top-notch specialized ENT care to the Lakeville community,” said Mark Davis, Davis CEO. “In partnership with Midwest ENT, we look forward to delivering a beautiful new building!”
In addition to Davis, the development team for the new facility includes Synergy Architecture Studio, project architect; Timco Construction Inc, general contractor; KOMA, structural engineer; Loucks, civil engineer and landscape architect.
Davis remains very active in the Lakeville area. This Spring, the firm announced the formal opening of Lakeville Specialty Center, a 100,500 square foot medical building at 18645 Orchard Trail in Lakeville, MN. The building is fully occupied by Allina and MNGI Digestive Health.
