Thomas Sanchez, CEO and Co-Founder of Social Driver Named Board Chair of The Trevor Project

The Trevor Project announced the election of Thomas Sanchez, CEO and Co-Founder of the digital agency Social Driver, as Board Chair.

According to The Trevor Project: “Thomas’ extensive background as a Hispanic entrepreneur and LGBTQ+ executive drives his deep commitment to LGBTQ+ young people and our work here at The Trevor Project.

“Prior to this role, he served as co-chair of the marketing and communications committee, co-chair of the governance committee, and chair of the executive committee nominating committee. Thomas’ leadership has been instrumental in driving our key initiatives and expanding our reach, especially during our changing political and social climate.”

According to Wikipedia, The Trevor Project is an American nonprofit organization founded in 1998. Focused on suicide prevention efforts among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning youth, they offer a toll-free telephone number where confidential assistance is provided by trained counselors.
