Offit Kurman congratulates shareholder and principal attorney Mohammad Ali Syed (“Mo”) on his appointment to the American Bar Association’s Commission on Immigration for the 2024-2025 term.

His deep-rooted passion for immigration law aligns with the Commission’s driving cause “to ensure fair treatment and full due process rights for immigrants, asylum-seekers, and refugees within the United States,” as stated on the ABA website. “I look forward to working with the Commission to make sure that our immigration system is counted among the best in the world and that our nation does not lose talent and investment to other competitors,” said Mo.
