Regency Properties Welcomes Jan Matheson, Promotes Joleen Stevens and Misty Sellers

Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, is announcing the hiring of one new lease administration professional and the promotion of two other employees.

Jan Matheson has joined the Regency team in the role of Leasing Administration Coordinator. She will report to Lisa Parsons, Senior Manager of Lease Administration, and coordinate the documentation of new leases, renewals, and other documents that flow through the lease administration department.  Matheson will also assist in lease compliance. Most recently Matheson held the position of Licensed Title Agent/Closer for Capstone Title Partners. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Indiana and has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Evansville.

Joleen Stevens has been promoted to Senior Property Management Coordinator. Stevens started her career with Regency in March 2024 as a Property Management Coordinator. In this new role, she will be expanding her responsibilities within the department to be more involved in the strategic plans for her assigned properties. Stevens will continue to work closely with vendors and tenants to make sure that property operations are optimized, and will continue to report to Crystal Bassett, Senior Property Manager.

Misty Sellers has been promoted to HR Generalist. Sellers joined Regency in September 2022 as HR Assistant. In her new role, she will coordinate the administration of day-to-day human resource duties and assist in the strategic plan for HR employee programs within the organization. She will continue to report to Tracy Stutz, Senior Vice President of Human Resources/Administration/Property Management & Corporate Secretary.
