Christie’s International Real Estate Group Announces 8,000 Sq. Ft. Office at 156 Fifth Avenue

Leading luxury real estate firm Christie’s International Real Estate Group has signed a new office lease at Midtown South’s 156 Fifth Avenue, also known as Flatiron Suites, in the iconic French Gothic tower located at the corner of 20th Street and 5th Avenue.

This office – situated on the 9th floor of the 13-story tower and comprising 8,000 square feet – will welcome over 75 new brokers, marketing professionals and new development executives. The new space joins Christie’s International Real Estate Group’s 1,100+ agents in 30+ other offices across the Tri-state area as well as their flagship location at One Rockefeller Plaza.
