This move will create one of the most comprehensive legal service providers in the region, and will significantly strengthen Roetzel’s corporate and transactional, real estate, health care, bankruptcy and restructuring, employment, and litigation practice groups.
Roetzel, founded in 1876, and Brouse McDowell, established in 1918, bring together centuries of combined history and experience in providing exceptional legal services. The integration of these experienced attorneys, effective October 1, 2024, will enhance Roetzel’s ability to deliver high-quality legal counsel across a broad spectrum of practice areas.
