Premier multifamily management firm is No. 5 in 2024 J Turner Research ORA® Power Ranking
RKW Residential, one of the nation’s fastest-growing multifamily management firms, landed in the top 5 of a pivotal ranking for resident satisfaction and operational excellence for the second consecutive year. The firm secured the No. 5 spot in the 2024 J Turner Research Division I ORA® (Online Reputation Assessment) Power Ranking.
The annual rankings are based on ORA scores, an aggregate compilation of a property’s ratings across various review sites and Internet Listing Services (ILSs). To be eligible for Division I, a management company must have ranked in the top 10 of the National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) annual 50 Largest Apartment Managers list.

- The rollout of six brand partner campaigns, including a partnership with San Pellegrino to offer residents at 21 communities a free Limonata Spritz Kit and host experiential activations at eight communities, with a bartender teaching residents how to make a Limonata Spritz mocktail
- A Resident Appreciation Week with the theme “Our Residents are Happy Campers.” This campaign showed appreciation for residents through a variety of camp-themed events and partnerships with numerous brands to offer discounted or free products
- RKW built a communications playlist (or journey) designed to guide residents through a series of digital touchpoints over their lease term. This approach ensured residents remained consistently informed and engaged with community activities and benefits
