Cindy Shelton has joined St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based commercial real estate development and management company with a national portfolio valued at more than $5 billion, as Vice President, Human Resources. With a Bachelor of Science degree in English from Towson University and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, Shelton brings nearly 30 years of business and human resources experience to the company.
In her new role, Shelton will be responsible for human resources-related initiatives supporting the company’s 15 regional offices, with a focus on executing talent recruitment and retention activities, employee relations, talent management and executing programs aimed at maintaining a vibrant and inclusive workplace. She will also address and oversee priorities in the entire employee lifecycle including the completion of on-boarding programs, training, and professional development initiatives.
