RainFocus, a Lehi, UT-based provider of an event marketing platform, acquired WebEvents Global, a Rocklin, CA-based event technology and data analytics firm.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, RainFocus will enhance its strategy of simplifying and optimizing its clients’ events channels and unifying their customer journeys.

Takiya will join RainFocus as principal integrations architect. In this role, she will focus on client transition to RainFocus and leverage her deep expertise in data integration and analysis to lead and grow RainFocus’ strategic data integration consulting practice.
