WPM Earns Property Management Company of the Year at Pennsylvania Apartment Association Annual Awards

WPM Real Estate Management announced today that it was awarded top recognition as the 2024 Property Management Company of the Year at the Pennsylvania Apartment Association (PAA) Central Region Keystone Annual Awards on Thursday, September 12, 2024. In addition to this prestigious award, the company also earned awards in six other categories for its leasing, maintenance, and overall property management excellence in the region.

The annual PAA Keystone Awards (previously known as the PAA Best of Apartment Living Awards) celebrate the ‘Best of the Best’ in multifamily living across multiple categories. Judged by an independent company using secret shoppers, properties are evaluated based on a stringent set of criteria designed to assess leasing, maintenance, and overall performance through the eyes of a prospective resident.

In addition to being awarded Property Management Company of the Year, WPM-managed properties also earned 1st Place in Maintenance Excellence and Overall Excellence, and one property also received 2nd Place for Maintenance Excellence. Additionally, two communities managed by WPM were awarded 1st Place in their categories for the Central Region Winner Trilogy Award. The Trilogy Award is the highest excellence award given to individual properties and recognizes a single property that earns top marks for leasing, maintenance, and overall performance.
