Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that E. Paige Knight, an attorney in the firm’s Tampa office, has earned the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) credential in the United States through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
Ms. Knight is an associate in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group. Her practice focuses on consumer class action litigation, mortgage servicing, and data privacy and cybersecurity matters. She has a deep understanding of complex regulatory and compliance issues, including those reaching into the cybersecurity and financial service spaces.
Prior to joining Bradley, Ms. Knight clerked for the Hon. Anthony E. Porcelli of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She received her J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she was a senior managing editor for the Florida Law Review. Ms. Knight also earned a B.A. in Journalism and Politics from Washington & Lee University.

Accredited by the American National Standards Institute, the CIPP is recognized as a leading global privacy and data protection credentialing program. The CIPP/US designates professionals who demonstrate a strong foundation in U.S. private-sector privacy laws and regulations and an understanding of the legal requirements for the responsible transfer of sensitive personal data to/from the United States, the European Union, and other jurisdictions.
