Planview Acquires Plutora

Planview, an Austin, TX-based provider of an end-to-end platform for strategic portfolio management and digital product development, acquired Plutora, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of value stream management and software delivery solutions.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

With the acquisition, Planview will expand its offerings.

This now includes Plutora’s offerings in Release Management, Test Environment Management, and Deployment Planning.
