(Nasdaq: TRAW), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing oral small molecule therapies for the treatment of respiratory viral diseases and cancer, today announced the appointment of Luba Greenwood as Director. In addition, Director James J. Marino is stepping down after nearly ten years of dedicated service, including four years as Chairman, due to other professional commitments.
