The law firm of Norris McLaughlin, P.A. is pleased to announce that Minal Naseem has joined as an associate in the firm’s Bridgewater, New Jersey office as a member of the Business Law Practice Group.

About Minal Naseem
Naseem advises corporate clients on a variety of business matters, including compliance issues and international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial transactions, expansions, reorganizations, as well as corporate structure and governance issues. She has extensive transactional experience that includes negotiating and preparing media and marketing IT, retailer, service, vendor and supply, distribution, partnership and franchise agreements.
Prior to moving her practice to New York, Naseem worked for a boutique law firm in Dubai, giving her experience working with multinational companies on cross-border transactions while gaining valuable insights into various foreign regulations impacting businesses. This has included matters involving data protection and compliance with the GDPR and several state-level private and data protection requirements.
Naseem earned her LL.B. from The University of Buckingham where she served on the Student Law Society’s executive committee and wrote for the Buckingham Student Law Review. She also earned her LL.M. from City, University of London and is an Accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator by ADR-ODR International.
