With a dynamic career in the entertainment, travel, hospitality and senior living industries, Darcy is a seasoned professional with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences. Her journey began in live entertainment in theatres across the country and at sea aboard luxury cruise lines, and she considers herself incredibly fortunate to have explored the diverse corners of our world. From there, she embarked on a new adventure managing the entertainment and lifestyle at a luxury resort in South Florida.
For the past five and a half years, Darcy has served residents and teams across the country in the senior living industry. She has had the privilege of curating unforgettable experiences and empowering the communities to raise the bar on the lifestyle and opportunities offered every day. Her biggest accomplishments stem from the meaningful relationships she has forged with residents and teammates, recognizing that success in this industry is built upon genuine connections and shared experiences.
Darcy lives in Nashville, Tennessee where she and her family enjoy exploring the outdoors, the live music, and the local culinary scene. She was thrilled to join the Five Star team back in February and is eager to bring her expertise and enthusiasm to the communities!

Jeff is President and Chief Executive Officer of AlerisLife/Five Star Senior Living, for which he had previously served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining AlerisLife, Jeff served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Office Properties Income Trust and as Senior Vice President of The RMR Group LLC, where he has been responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the accounting and finance support functions of The RMR Group and its various affiliates. Previously, Jeff held various accounting and finance positions at several multi-national Fortune 500 companies as well as the public accounting firm, Vitale, Caturano PC (predecessor to RSM). Jeff is also a certified public accountant.
