High Street Continues to Enhance Atlanta’s Perimeter with More New Additions and Openings

High Street, located in the heart of Atlanta’s Perimeter, continues to impress with the celebration of recent store openings and the addition of exciting retail leases, with more than 86,000 square feet of retail space now committed. Joining the vibrant community this winter and next spring, The NOW Massage and Rosetta Bakery have both signed leases and are eagerly preparing to welcome customers. Furthermore, SkinSpirit, Ben & Jerry’s, and Nando’s PERi-PERi have already opened their doors, complementing the earlier summer openings of Velvet Taco and Allen Edmonds. With over 300 residents already residing on the property, this mixed-use destination continues to thrive and attract attention of both retailers and consumers.

“We are thrilled with the momentum at High Street as we see retail openings, new residents joining our community, and the leasing of exceptional retail spaces to top-tier, sought-after concepts,” shared Ian Ward, Senior Vice President at GID, the developer behind High Street. “By carefully curating a diverse range of restaurants, service providers, and entertainment options, we are bringing a distinctive experience to the Perimeter area. With a vibrant resident population and a continuous stream of visitors, High Street is transforming into a dynamic 24/7 destination that offers something for everyone.”

Rosetta Bakery will open its second Atlanta location at High Street next spring. The authentic Italian bakery is known for its artisanal coffee and baked goods including its signature croissants, famous Bombolone, focaccia, sandwiches, pizza and desserts. Guests can view the bakers in action through a glass wall looking into the kitchen and choose their pastries from the window displays. Rosetta Bakery will be open from morning to night, with grab-and-go options available as well as indoor and outdoor seating.

The NOW Massage will open its fifth Metro Atlanta location at High Street this winter. The NOW has reimagined the approachable luxury of a neighborhood spa with premium massages and an original design inspired by beachside destinations from around the world. Guests can choose between three signature Swedish-inspired massage styles and pair their service with a variety of custom, exclusive enhancements such as Herbal Heat Therapy, Deep Tissue, Fresh Eyes, Hemp Calm Balm, Gliding Cupping, Gua Sha and more.

World-famous South African restaurant brand Nando’s PERi-PERi opened its flagship Atlanta-area location on Aug. 27, welcoming both members of its “cult following” and newcomers alike. Nando’s is known for its flavorful, flame-grilled chicken, and its popularity can be traced to PERi-PERi – or African Bird’s Eye Chili – the heart and soul of the Nando’s experience. Additionally, SkinSpirit opened its second Atlanta location at High Street on Sept. 3 and will have an official grand opening celebration this fall. The med spa is the nation’s #1 provider of BOTOX® Cosmetic and the premier destination for medical aesthetics and skincare. Ben & Jerry’s also opened at High Street on Sept. 3. The popular ice cream brand’s Perimeter location features its “shop of the future” prototype, incorporating a visionary design and functional, fan-focused interactivity.

High Street has secured more than 86,000 square feet in leases of the first phase’s 150,000-square-foot retail environment, including globally-inspired taco restaurant Velvet Taco and luxury menswear store Allen Edmonds, which are also open at High Street. More retailers are expected to open throughout the year and into 2025. Previously announced tenants include coastal-inspired The Hampton Social; contemporary Mexican restaurant Agave Bandido; nail salon Sugarcoat; sushi restaurant Cuddlefish; eatertainment concept Jaguar Bolera; and popular tech-infused mini-golf experience Puttshack.

About 10twelve:
JLL’s 10twelve curates the best retailers for the best properties. As a boutique agency leasing team, 10twelve is focused on finding those retailers and restaurants that are special to the market – the up-and-coming chef creating delicacies in a food truck, the local designer becoming a social media star or the experience that everyone in the market is talking about. While national retailers/restaurants may end up in the final tenant mix, they are not the anchors/stars of a 10twelve property.

The team works closely with local market brokers who have intimate knowledge about the up-and-coming brands in the market. In addition, 10twelve is supported by JLL’s global business development to ensure best-in-class retailers from around the globe are sought out and JLL’s property marketing team help bring the overall vision to life. 10twelve works with real estate investors who are not just filling space but creating a place and have extensive experience in curating special retail places located throughout the U.S. For more information about 10twelve, reach out to Molly Morgan or Allie Spangler.
