Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., one of New York’s leading real estate organizations, is pleased to announce that it has signed a long-term lease with Inspire Orthodontics at 424 West End Avenue in Manhattan’s renowned Upper West Side neighborhood.
Situated within Manhattan Skyline’s 22-story, 230-unit luxury rental apartment building West River House, Inspire Orthodontics will operate from a 1,357-square-foot street-level space with 44 feet of prominent frontage on West End Avenue. Led by Dr. Reem Abdulrahman, the practice is now open.

Dr. Reem received her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Temple University and her Certificate of Orthodontics from Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. She specializes in airway-focused orthodontics, which develop the airway in conjunction with aligning the teeth.

Roth represented Manhattan Skyline in the long-term lease transaction. Inspire Orthodontics was represented by independent broker Dr. Richard Hittman. The space was formerly occupied by Poppyseed Pre-Nursery.
