Hinckley Allen continues to grow its Construction & Public Contracts Group by welcoming Rachel E. Greenberg as its newest associate. Rachel’s experience includes representing clients in a range of commercial litigation matters, including complex commercial disputes, bankruptcy cases, cross-border conflicts, and real estate disputes.
Additionally, she brings substantial experience representing insurance companies and their insureds in general tort claims, commercial liability, and construction disputes.
Rachel earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2022, where she served as a Staff Editor for the Boston University International Law Journal. She also holds a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross.
