American Heritage Schools Conducts National Job Search on Oct. 16

American Heritage Schools, the top-ranked PK3 through 12 college preparatory school in Florida, invites educators from throughout the country to its informative and engaging virtual job fair and continuing education webinar on Wednesday, Oct. 16, at 7 p.m.

From the convenience of their homes, attendees will learn about job opportunities and the benefits of teaching at American Heritage Schools, one of the top private schools in the country, with locations in Broward and Palm Beach counties. Educators will also earn 1.5 hours of continuing education credit offered by the Association of Independent Schools of Florida (AISF).

During the webinar, Dr. Douglas Laurie, president of American Heritage Schools, will share insights into American Heritage Schools’ comprehensive mentoring program, designed to support educators in their professional growth and career development. Educators will also hear from nationally recognized speaker Jennifer Gonzalez, chief editor of Cult of Pedagogy, where she will discuss strategies for supporting student readers and writers in every class.

With over 12 years of classroom experience, primarily teaching middle school language arts, Gonzalez has taught at the collegiate level, training future educators. In 2013, she founded Cult of Pedagogy, a popular website where she now works full-time, helping teachers across all subjects and grade levels refine their craft. Her Cult of Pedagogy podcast has garnered over nine million downloads, making her a leading voice in the field of education.
