Foreclosure lawsuit dismissed with 10-year refinancing deal
Olshan Properties, a leading real estate development and management firm, announced today it has successfully refinanced The Greene Town Center (the Greene) in Dayton, Ohio. The 10-year refinancing agreement ends all foreclosure proceedings at the Greene.
