Hyatt Commercial recently completed the sale of the former Rite Aid property located at 5804 Ritchie Highway, Glen Burnie, MD 21225, for $2.15 million. The property, spanning 11,150 square feet on 1.15 acres, has been sold by R-A Brooklyn Park LLC to K-B Investment Properties Inc. The high-traffic corner property is set to be converted into a tunnel car wash, signaling a new chapter for the site. Hyatt represented both the buyer and the seller in this transaction.
Originally developed as a Rite Aid by William Steffey, CRE, CCIM, while working independently as a preferred developer, the property later changed ownership to R-A Brooklyn Park LLC. Steffey led the recent sale, facilitating a smooth process that effectively addressed both parties’ needs.
“This was a quick and clean transaction that will give new life to this prime retail location,” said Steffey, reflecting on his long-standing involvement with the property and its evolving usage.
