HWE brokers sale of 296-room hotel in the heart of the Dallas market
Hodges Ward Elliott, the premier boutique hospitality capital markets advisor, arranged the sale of The Beeman Hotel, a leading 296-key property located adjacent to SMU University in the heart of the Dallas market.
The well-located hotel has been extensively renovated and features elegantly designed rooms, as well as over 11,000 square feet of meeting space.
The property offers direct proximity not only to Southern Methodist University, but also NorthPark Center mall, the Park Cities, Uptown Dallas, and is approximately 20 minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The Beeman is also the closest hotel to the popular George W. Bush Presidential Center.
