Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers in North America, negotiated a 3,200-square-foot lease of neighborhood retail space located at 2257 108th Street in West Allis, WI, a suburb of Milwaukee.
Rick Anesi, senior vice president at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, Labor Solutions, a family-owned business that provides customized staffing solutions throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri and Kentucky. Devin Tessmer of CBRE represented the owner, Baceline Group.
“My client needed additional space and was looking to upgrade their exposure. In searching the Milwaukee area, not many options were available, but this met their needs,” Anesi said. “Working with Devin Tessmer at CBRE and his landlord made the deal happen.”
