Kroll welcomed Paddy King as Managing Director in Kroll’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, based in Atlanta.
Paddy advises private equity, strategic clients, and lenders throughout the transaction lifecycle on both the buy and sell side, focusing on key valuation and transaction considerations. This includes analysis of quality of earnings, working capital requirements, identification of debt-like items, and evaluation of purchase agreements using advanced data. He has extensive experience across various industries, specializing in multi-unit (retail and restaurant), consumer, and franchise businesses.
With over 20 years of transaction and audit experience, predominantly within a Big Four environment, Paddy previously led the Retail & Restaurant Industry Team at RSM US and was a senior member of EY and Deloitte’s M&A Transaction Services groups. He has lived and worked in the U.S., UK, and Middle East. Paddy received his Bachelor of Science with Honors in mathematics from The University of Edinburgh. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and Business Finance Professional.
