OneMagnify, a Detroit, MI-based data science-driven marketing solutions provider backed by private equity firm Crestview Partners, announced that it acquired Emodo, a company which specializes in AI-powered programmatic marketing.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Through the acquisition, OneMagnify will leverage Emodo’s capabilities, which will operate as a separate company moving forward.
