Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers, negotiated the $1.5 million sale of a 4,500 -square-foot bank at 1275 N County Farm Road in Carol Stream, ILL. The free-standing former bank includes six drive-through lanes along with monument signage and abundant parking.
The buyer, Universal Metro Asian Services (UMAS), was represented by Rick Scardino, principal, at Lee & Associates of Illinois. The seller, GW Carol Stream, LLC, was represented by Brendan Reedy and Jimmy Danaher of Mid-America Real Estate.
According to Scardino, “UMAS is relocating to this location from across the street to create a new state-of-the-art facility for comprehensive adult day care services.”
