MG+M The Law Firm welcomes Partners Misti Mosteller in Dallas and Missy Leon in Dallas and Los Angeles. Misti is a seasoned attorney defending premises owners, product and equipment manufacturers, and employers in toxic tort, products liability and catastrophic injury litigation. Missy defends clients in commercial litigation, professional liability litigation and personal injury defense litigation.
For more than 20 years, Misti has served as trial counsel for Fortune 500 companies and managed litigation across Texas, Oklahoma and Michigan. She has also served as national and local counsel for Fortune 100 companies, managing multi-plaintiff dockets in multimillion-dollar cases. Misti has represented product manufacturers, equipment manufacturers, premises owners and employers in lawsuits filed across the country involving allegations of wrongful death or serious injury. In personal injury matters, Misti has particular experience handling catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims where questions of medical and substantial causation are at issue. In addition to her extensive success at trial, including defense verdicts, dismissals and summary judgments, Misti is a certified mediator.
Missy, who will also work from our Los Angeles office, has extensive experience in commercial litigation, including cases involving breach of contract, fraud and defamation. She has served as a client liaison to Fortune 500 companies, managing multimillion-dollar litigation. Her background includes professional liability litigation in legal and medical malpractice, as well as director and officer liability cases involving negligence and breach of fiduciary duty claims. Additionally, she has defended clients across a vast range of industries facing toxic tort, product and premises liability, and personal injury claims. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, major retailers and large organizations, such as oil and gas companies, pharmaceutical manufacturers and pharmacies, automotive supply manufacturers, amusement parks and ice-skating rinks, gyms, and apartment complexes.

Misti and Missy join MG+M from an AmLaw 200 defense litigation firm, along with a team of associates, paralegals and legal administrative staff. Misti received her JD from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and her BA from The University of Texas at Arlington. Missy received her JD from Southern Methodist University Law School and has a BA in psychology from Southern Methodist University.
