Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel, a seven acre hillside oasis at the intersection of Brentwood and Bel-Air, is excited to announce that a complete renovation of all of its 160 rooms and suites will be finished early 2025. Known to have some of the largest hotel rooms in L.A starting at 450 square feet., the Luxe Sunset Blvd is tearing down all guest rooms and bathrooms to the studs, rebuilding and redesigning the hotel’s room experience, incorporating modern finishes and staying true to the Luxe brand of sophistication and elegance.
Bar Luxe, one of the hotel’s central social spaces, will also be completely reimagined and an updated food and beverage offering will take its place. Known for hosting stunning social events and large group functions, the hotel’s iconic 4,500 S.F. Luxe Ballroom will get a facelift with new carpet, paint, and drapery. The hotel gym will also be updated with new equipment.
“We are beyond thrilled to start this renovation, not just for our guests, but also for our Brentwood/Bel-Air community in which we are a pillar. It will also undoubtedly position us to have one of the best products among our competitors, and in all of L.A.,” says Siamak Nassipour, Luxe Sunset Blvd’s general manager. “We are a hidden gem in the city and are excited to share the beauty of Luxe. We listen to our guests and love taking care of them. this project will give them even more reason to come back again and again.”
Luxe Sunset Blvd will remain open and fully functioning to guests throughout the renovation as the rooms are redone in a staggered roll out and managed in a masterful way that does not impact guests. The on-site al-fresco style three-meal restaurant Sirocco will stay fully functional, and as welcoming as ever, as will the hotel’s tennis court, expansive swimming pool, fitness center, water fountains, Zen statues, and landscaped gardens. The renovations are expected to be completed by January 2025.
