Lee & Associates of Illinois Promotes Andrew Block to Principal

Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers in North America, announces Andrew Block has been promoted to principal at Lee & Associates of Illinois, from executive vice president.

Andrew has been a key member of the firm’s Industrial Services Group for more than eight years, focusing on Chicago’s west suburban market, specifically the I-88 Corridor and Fox Valley areas. Andrew guides tenants and owners through property sales, purchases, leases, build-to-suit projects and construction negotiations.

Andrew’s consultative approach—coupled with his deep knowledge of current market trends and transaction history—has earned him a reputation for delivering precise, market-driven solutions tailored to each client’s business mission and goals.

Andrew is an active member of key industry associations, including the Association of Industrial Real Estate (AIRE) and Valley Industrial Association (VIA) His notable transactions include a 193,000-square-foot build-to-suit project in West Chicago; representing the tenant on an 85,000-square-foot lease in Naperville; and selling a 120,000-square-foot building in Batavia while actively representing a new Class A speculative development in Geneva featuring over 1,000,000 square feet of available space.

He is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds a real estate broker’s license in the State of Illinois.
