Mixed-Income Residential Community Completes High-Design Sky Lounge and Deck
Mintwood Real Estate, a Dallas-based, woman-owned firm focused on multifamily and mixed-use development, today announces the construction completion of Oakhouse along with the opening of the Sky Lounge and Deck at Oakhouse, a 219-unit Class-A mixed-income apartment community nestled in Dallas’ Oak Cliff neighborhood. The Sky Lounge features stunning views of the Dallas skyline and custom luxury features and furnishings for residents to enjoy. On the 6th and top floor of the building, the Sky Lounge is the final component of Oakhouse to complete following its opening earlier this year.

Oakhouse’s Sky Lounge and Deck will feature views of downtown and high-design furnishings for residents to enjoy. The Sky Lounge includes card tables and lounge seating, televisions, kitchen amenities and numerous seating pods surrounded by plants, overlooking the Trinity River and downtown Dallas skyline. The Sky Lounge seamlessly expands the luxurious features seen throughout the residences and will join several other top-tier amenities including an outdoor pool and grill area, a private pet park, an indoor lounge with a coffee bar, work-from-home spaces, a 2,500-square-foot fitness center with a playroom and more.

Located at 900 E. Colorado Blvd, Oakhouse was developed as a Public Facility Corporation project, which aims to develop and preserve mixed-income housing in the city. Oakhouse is the first completed project as part of the Dallas Public Facility Corporation. A percentage of units are reserved as essential housing for members of the community.
