Some of the standout offerings include the A5 Hot Stone Ishiyaki, a dramatic tableside presentation where guests can cook hand-cut Japanese sirloin on a sizzling hot stone, accompanied by signature sauces and house pickles. Zuzu’s Omakase Sushi Tower is another showstopper, offering a chef’s selection of sashimi, nigiri and maki in a stunning presentation paired with the exclusive Zuzu Signature Sake.

Chef Sang Park lead’s Zuzu’s sushi program, delivering some of Detroit’s finest offerings, crafted from premier ingredients like Spanish bluefin tuna, Ora king salmon, Hokkaido scallops, Maine lobster and delicacies from Japan. With years of high-end experiences, Chef Park’s culinary expertise shines in every dish, showcasing precision, technique and Zuzu’s unwavering commitment to quality that elevates the dining experience.

Zuzu’s specialty rolls include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Blue Fin Toro Tuna with chive, o-toro, chu toro, pickled radish, spicy caviar crema and wasabi
  • Jalapeno Hamachi with spicy yellow tail, avocado, cucumber, spicy mayo and pickled jalapeno
  • Truffle Scallop + Asian Pear with Hokkaido scallop, blue fin toro, Asian pear, avocado and yuzu truffle sauce

  • Zizzle + Zmoke, a 9 oz. New York strip that is charcoal grilled, sliced and presented on a tabletop grill with house pickles, roasted wild mushrooms, teriyaki, wasabi ponzu and anticucho sauces

  • Caramelized Miso Sea Bass, featuring a Shiro Miso Sake glaze and a black garlic molasses for a rich, complex taste
