Kolter Hospitality Promotes Lisa Meccia to Area Director of Sales and Marketing

Kolter Hospitality, a division of The Kolter Group proudly announced that it has promoted Lisa Meccia to Area Director of Sales and Marketing. In her new role, Meccia will be responsible for optimizing top-line revenue and profitability for the Westin Sarasota and Embassy Suites Sarasota hotels. She will play a crucial role in spearheading sales, marketing, digital, and social media objectives while also supporting and developing the sales teams.

“Lisa has a proven ability to lead, inspire, and deliver results. We know she will bring the same level of commitment and strategic thinking to her area position. We are excited to see her continue to grow and drive success in Sarasota,” said Sara Martinez, Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Prior to joining Kolter Hospitality, Meccia served as a Sales Executive for Marriott International and held the position of Director of Group Accounts for both the JW Marquis and the Hotel Beaux Arts Hotel-Autograph Collection. Meccia is a graduate of Purdue University, holding a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism management with a minor in sales and marketing. She also has a certificate in revenue management from Cornell University.
