BFC Partners is pleased to celebrate the opening of The Pearl, Staten Island’s largest affordable housing project. Designed by GF55 Architects, the 12-story project brings 270 units to the borough, with 50% of its units designated to formerly unhoused older adults.
On-site supportive services for older adults—including education, social, and wellness programs—are provided by development partner Selfhelp through funding from the New York State Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative (ESSHI).
