Hotel Revival Baltimore, an award-winning hotel within the New Waterloo portfolio of properties, announced today a new and expanded menu for ‘Dashery, the intimate and floor-level café serving breakfast and lunch daily.
Executive Chef Amy Hessel, who joined the hotel team in July, pulled inspiration from Baltimore’s neighborhoods and created an expanded menu filled with classic favorites like the Station North breakfast burrito ($12) and others with a special twist like the Patterson Park egg sandwich on a toasted croissant with sun-dried tomato aioli ($13). Additional breakfast offerings include a Revival Platter with two eggs any style ($12), the Hamilton smoked salmon sandwich on an everything bagel ($15) and more.
The new lunch menu includes a larger variety of options like a house made Roasted Red Pepper Soup ($6), the Roland Park chicken salad on bread, croissant, wrap or bed of greens ($16); the Druid Hill Park smoked turkey BLT sandwich ($16); the Hampden black bean hummus and veggie wrap ($14).
“The Mt. Vernon neighborhood is bustling with students on their way to and from school, officegoers and remote workers, and travelers visiting museums and parks. We drew inspiration from our patrons, first and foremost, making sure to create an inviting menu with options for everyone,” said Chef Hessel.
While the concept launched in 2021 as a chic and welcoming one-stop shop for breakfast and coffee, the menu has since expanded to offer more breakfast options and lunch to accommodate the midweek traveler and coworking crowd. In addition to breakfast available from 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. and lunch available from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the café also serves a full coffee and tea menu highlighting partnerships with local purveyors Black Acres Roastery and Wight Tea Company.
