WhiteHorse Capital is pleased to announce that David Matherly has joined the firm as a Principal based in Denver, Colorado. David will be involved in all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing and transaction structuring and execution.
Prior to joining Whitehorse, David was a Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management. David’s prior experience includes roles with Nationwide Insurance, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, and Bear Stearns. David has over 28 years of finance experience, including approximately 20 years investing in various types of leveraged finance situations as a portfolio manager, research analyst and workout specialist. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from The Citadel and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
