Fried Frank advised Empire State Realty Trust on its now completed purchases of properties in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, at 92-94 North Sixth Street for $17 million and at 111-115 North Sixth Street for $35 million from L3 Capital. These transactions follow Empire State Realty Trust’s previous purchases of four properties on North Sixth Street for $143 million, bringing the total value of acquisitions on North Sixth Street to $195 million.
