Colliers is pleased to announce the sale of a 14,165-square-foot industrial building situated on 1.151 acres at 5936 Imperial Loop Drive in College Station’s Aggieland Business Park. Bill Byrd of Colliers and Judd Harrison of KBC Advisors represented the purchaser. Todd Moore, Connor Duffy and Zack Martin of Colliers represented the seller, Dark Horse Real Estate, in the transaction.
“We assisted the seller in placing the property off-market with a 1031 exchange investor represented by Bill Byrd of Colliers and Judd Harrison of KBC Advisors,” said Todd Moore of Colliers. “We were pleased to assist the developer in achieving their goals with this sale, while fulfilling the investor’s needs in securing a quality asset.”
The property was a build-to-suit for Advanta Seeds, a global seed supplier with strong ties to College Station and the agriculture business. Advanta signed a long-term net lease to occupy the property due to the location’s proximity to its own biotechnology center and Texas A&M University.
The property offers excellent access to major roadways and is located in the thriving Aggieland Business Park, ideal for industrial operations.
