Sabal Development led by Pascal Nicolai, an award-winning developer and builder, has announced the $10.775 million acquisition of a significant oceanfront property at 2932 N Atlantic Blvd in Fort Lauderdale. The company plans to bring immense value to the property and sell the luxury new build for over $45 million once it is completed.
The luxury residential project will be built by Sabal Luxury Builder designed by Togu Design and led by architect Jason Hagopian of Neuvio Architects. Hagopian is also the 2025 President-elect of AIA Fort Lauderdale.
