Exhibitus To Acquire Sacks Exhibits

Acquisition to further expand Exhibitus' experiential agency operations and national reach

Exhibitus today announced an agreement to acquire Sacks and Company, Inc. (DBA Sacks Exhibits). With this acquisition, Exhibitus will expand its operational footprint for experiential marketing services throughout the U.S. Sacks Exhibits’ clients will gain access to award-winning creative resources as well as cost-saving, national options for fabrication and storage/shipping locations.

Sacks Exhibits was founded in 1977 by Irving Sacks and today is led by his son, Stan Sacks. Located in Boston, with a large client base throughout Northeastern U.S., Sacks has a significant presence in several industries, including medical, biological, and security software. Primarily recognized for memorable experiential environments, Sacks also creates branded spaces for television studios, corporate interiors, and permanent installations.

The acquisition is scheduled to close December 31, 2024. Operations will continue in the current Boston location, strengthening regional services in northeastern U.S. and expanding Exhibitus’ geographic footprint throughout the U.S.
