Miller Construction, a statewide, privately held construction firm, announces the addition of David Zorrilla as Vice President of Multifamily. The company’s expansion includes pursuing more multifamily projects in the South Florida market, which will be Zorrilla’s focus as Miller expects a surge in 2026.
Zorrilla has over 20 years of experience in multifamily and construction and will be an integral part of Miller’s position as the industry transitions in the coming years.
“David’s experience in the multifamily space will provide us with a great foundation as we expand to tackle these projects,” said Miller Construction President and CEO Brian Sudduth. “We plan to be intentional when selecting which clients to work with and focus on those that share the same core values we have at Miller.”
Previously working for South Florida construction companies, Zorrilla brings valuable experience in preconstruction, project management, and field operations. He also has experience in the design and bidding process, which will ensure Miller’s clients receive the best value throughout the construction process. Over the last five years, Zorrilla has successfully contracted $2 billion worth of work.
“I am excited to join a team that shares the same values and vision as I do in the industry,” Zorrilla said. “With the densification in South Florida, I believe we will be extremely successful in bringing a superior service and product to our preferred clients.”
Miller Construction, with the addition of Zorrilla, plans to address the pain points in the multifamily industry and support each client’s specific needs. This includes evaluating project cost, schedule, and most importantly, quality.
Zorrilla earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Florida.
