Hyatt Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of the mixed-use property at 167 Main Street in the heart of downtown Annapolis. John Gallagher, Senior Vice President at Hyatt Commercial, brokered the transaction of the +/- 5,100 SF, three-story building, which sold for $1,750,000.
The property had been home to the first-floor retail shop The Leader for over 30 years. The store closed its doors at the time of sale, marking the end of an era for the locally owned business.
The new owner plans to revitalize the property which also includes second floor offices and third floor apartments, and John Gallagher will work with the Buyer to secure a new retail tenant on the first floor.
